Falcon 50 Jet Crashes After Takeoff From Ankara

A Falcon 50 business jet that took off from Esenboğa Airport bound for Tripoli, the capital of Libya, lost contact shortly after departure. As a result, Ankara airspace was closed to air traffic.

It was reported that Libya’s Chief of General Staff was on board. The aircraft is claimed to have crashed near Haymana.
